What happens if I don't like my print?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your print. We aim to deliver a 5-star product and service.
If you decide to cancel your order, it needs to be done within 24 hours of placing the order if you ordered using standard or free shipping and within 6 hours if using our expedited shipping option, otherwise it will be in the print and production process and will be too late to get a refund.

If you are in any way unhappy with the print you receive, because the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging.
As this is a custom-designed product, if you have made an error in your order details, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for the wrong size ordered. Please contact email@example.com and customer service will help in this situation. We can offer a replacement print at a reduced price.
As all our posters are custom made, we, unfortunately, can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your print has arrived damaged.
There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
